Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit under the following guidelines:

Returns for Store Credit:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Approved returns will receive store credit only (no refunds to original payment method)

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Beauty products
  • Intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please email us at warmwovenboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, store credit will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
